Technical Understanding.

Cal has a sharp eye for the fundamentals — passing, receiving, shooting, dribbling, and ball control. As a player himself, he became obsessed with learning simple but effective ways to move and use the ball, and now passes that knowledge on to help players build strong technical foundations they can rely on in game situations.

•Currently playing in the South West Peninsula League with Okehampton Argyle FC

•BUCS League experience with University of South Wales & Bournemouth University

•20+ years of playing experience
