Aaron has walked the path our young players are on — and that’s his biggest strength. Having
come through development environments himself, he knows the setbacks, the breakthroughs,
and what it takes to keep going. He brings a relatable, encouraging energy to every session,
helping players dig deep and believe in themselves.

• FA Concussion Guidelines Certified
• Introduction to First Aid in Football (IFAiF)
• Trained in line with grassroots coaching standards and safety protocols

Aaron brings a dual role to TFDC — not just coaching but also playing at a high level. That
gives him a unique perspective, allowing him to connect with players while modelling the
standards expected in senior football.
