🔴 What Makes Rich Tick?
Rich’s philosophy is grounded in education — he believes that players and coaches alike thrive
in environments where learning is layered, engaging, and well-structured. His sessions blend
tactical insight with game-realistic application, and he’s known for helping players grow into
thinkers, not just athletes.
He’s particularly passionate about the art of passing and movement, especially in the middle
third. Watching players “get it” — whether it’s the importance of build-up play, or the value of
one-touch control under pressure — is what truly excites him.
Rich is also a trusted mentor to new and developing coaches, always happy to share ideas,
reflect on best practice, and raise the coaching standard around him.
